wat the..!#$%%^&**

i was thinking after tat accident..i think our government shud let us hv mor experience in driving b4 we go for d driving test n gt our license..ok la..i briefly talk abt tat accident i just met last friday morning..

a silver kelisa knock into my car when i came out from a junction..gosh..i was so shock tat time when i saw my car door being knocked..my car door was smashed in..

tat driver was a 'P' n so m i..but d different is i m older den her..she is a new bird tat just pas her driving gt her license n was driving to her KDU college..wat a richie..while me is consider an old bird tat i just need to wait for a few monthes den i wil gt to renew my license..

when i came out from tat junction i saw her way far..so i turn out..den came an uncle driving motor quite fast..vrooom...so i hv to slow down a bit so tat i wil nt knock him down..but den here came BOOM!!! tat freshie knock into me..

tat is a small road ok...nt high way..she speed like mad..GOD! i m already at my lane n i hv already cross d double line..which means i hv no wrong..after d BOOM,she drived away..i was sitting in my car like wat?! where is she going? is she gonna hit n run? if she run now den where cn i take down my evidence tat prove i m at d right side? den i saw her car park at d road side..den she called..so m i..but den i take down a few photos b4 i move my car aside..her parents came n talk english to me..i dun wan to bother them coz i just need to wait for my dad..

after my dad saw my pics n observe her car light pieces in d middle of d road..my dad said she was wrong..she step on petrol instead of brake when she is panic...i dun think she tried emergency brake b4..bcz she just duno hv to step on brake..her mum may argue tat she is at d straight line..tat is d oni point she has..i hv points to say tat she hit n run, she speed at junction, n she owe me duty of care, n she has already breach d duty n causes damage to my car which is foreseable..

so when coming to solution..her dad said we take both cars to workshop n repair..so my dad is fine with it but den they wan me to compensate for her lost...i was angry when i heard tis..its just nt fair..my dad fil d same..so my dad said nw thr r 2 choices..one, we go repair n we pay for own car..two, we go to police station to make report..her dad get mad..shouting angrily beside d road manifesting..den her mum was saying: "i dun wan my daughter to lose her license tat she just gt..i dun think u wan ur daughter to lose hers as well.." my dad answered her: "i dun mind tat..i noe hw my daughter drive..i noe her very well..." n her mum was like sudden nervous den she ans: "i noe my daughter too.."

den i talk in my heart: 'auntie u r so fake..if u noe her den y is she crying when my dad said she was speeding instead of slowing down..she dun even noe hw to step out emergency brake..u say u noe her den u r for sure d one tat pay for her to pas d test without real qualify..i dun mind my license to b gantung..bcz it is fair at least..the inequity of d law said tat at junction, sure straight line right..so wat? it is nt fair n it is under negligence as well..so at the end the judge wil held tat i pay for a few percentage of d lost n d rest she bear coz she was wrong too...shudn't b me to compensate all her losses..English Law says fair n equity..but at d end i pay her RM190 to end tis faster..God Be With Me...

whoa..it's been a long time i din come d...did anyone miss me??i guess not.. xp

just finished my exam n my holiday plan is gone...so heart pain to say..T.T

i wn a longer time de holiday la...!!! 3 weeks holi nt enuf!!! gt to deduct one week for CNY sumor..n a few days for house keeping...n n a few hours everyday on road job [driver]..

where gt time for me to cont write my novel leh...

so frustrated...

God, i need mor time la...holiday time nt enuf to use...but den sku time r long enuf to b fully utilised...
